Who is Debbie Ruttley?
I am originally from Lafayette, Louisiana but got to Texas as soon as I could! Living in Austin for most of my life, I have award-winning experience in helping my clients find the perfect apartment to call home. I obtained my BS degree at St. Edwards University in criminal justice, and understand how a combination of facts and feelings drive my clients’ decisions on which apartment property to settle into. I have seen the various evolutions of Austin over the years and know that your home should be a reflection of your lifestyle.

As a realtor we are not allowed to answer that question. The best way to get an answer is to go to the Austin PD website and put in the address. But remember there will always be incidents everywhere.
As you may already know there are no fees for you. Locators are paid through the property. That’s why we always ask to please put our names on the application!
